Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Chatham is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) operating in Chatham, UK. We provide regulated weight loss consultations and prescription services in accordance with UK pharmacy law and General Pharmaceutical Council standards.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria. Eligibility is assessed by our prescribing pharmacist on a case-by-case basis.
All prescription medications supplied by Pharmacy Weight Loss Chatham are issued only following a satisfactory clinical assessment. Our pharmacist will review your consultation and, where appropriate, issue a prescription in accordance with current clinical guidelines.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.
Your order will not be dispensed or dispatched until both payment has been confirmed and your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Delivery timescales may vary during bank holidays or periods of high demand.
Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. We use tracked, discreet packaging to protect your privacy. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Pharmacy Weight Loss Chatham is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers outside of our control.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed. Once a prescription has been dispensed, cancellation may not be possible due to regulatory requirements governing prescription medicines.
Prescription medicines cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, except where they are found to be faulty or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
